Solis viaduct 85 m high and 164 m long
It is part of the railway line from Thusis to Filisur of the Rhaetian Railway (RhB)
The bridge spanning the Albula River is 85 m high and 164 m long. It consists of a main arch with a span of 42 m and ten side arches of 8 to 10 m. It is the second highest RhB bridge after the Wiesen Viaduct and the third highest railway bridge in Switzerland after the Sitter Viaduct.
The bridge was built between 1901 and 1903 by the Munari, Cayre and Marasi company; the construction costs amounted to 125,000 francs.

Unfortunately, the following section in the direction of Thusis is very questionable for cyclists: tunnel sections, no bicycle traffic facilities, a lot of traffic in places, including trucks.
