The Lambach Benedictine Abbey is on the Way of St. James. In the inner courtyard you will find comfortable, wide wooden benches between the floral decorations. The pilgrim's stamp can also be asked in the inner courtyard, where a monastery restaurant invites you to stop.

The monastery was founded in 1056 by Bishop Adalbero and is approaching its 1000 year anniversary.
