It's fascinating how a modern youth hostel has been integrated into this ruin. From below you would expect a completely dilapidated ruin. The large outdoor pool directly in front of it is not an eye-catcher, but it certainly makes the castle even more interesting as a hostel for children and young people.

Everyone would have liked to have been to this youth hostel during their school days - great facilities, magnificent views, really great, and a swimming pool. The bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed due to the Corona. Otherwise I would have taken a cocktail too🍹

Great castle ruins....swimming pool in the moat...modern youth hostel and the restaurant offers good food.
Perfect value for money.
Hope to be able to enjoy the breakfast buffet on Sundays again after Corona.
