The tour always goes along the Fasanerie. It has a length of about 5km. The old forester's house at the entrance is open to stop off. Every day except Mon 11.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. No rest day in summer 😀

You can just let yourself go on this circular path. Always along the wall, so you can't get lost even if you're completely lost in thought.

In spring, when bright flowers grow out of the cracks in the wall, the impression is completely different than in winter or even when it's raining constantly, when everything looks grey, gloomy and barren.

I took this circular path as part of a longer hike and I have to say: I got bored of it at the end. BUT: in spring, when the flowers are blooming, you can comfortably look at plants and flowers along the wall at eye level. I liked that. Incidentally, I didn't come across a wild boar.
