The Colle San Zeno can be traveled from the west starting in Pisogne, as well as from the east starting in Pezzaze.
Most of the west driveway is beautifully paved. The east approach is unfortunately getting a bit old, which you can clearly see from the road. Nevertheless, the pass is completely paved and easy to drive on with a racing bike.
