I think it's really great that there are still small private breweries like this and that delicious beer is brewed here. I like drinking beer and also like trying new and unknown types of beer. I would have liked to buy something here, but I was on a long tour and didn't have room for a few beers. It's a shame. But postponed is not cancelled. I might order online sometime when it's working smoothly again.

The Gotthilf brewery, founded in 2014, brews hand-crafted, naturally cloudy beers in beautiful Holstein. This is intended to create a counterbalance to industrially produced beers, which are characterized by an increasing tendency towards uniform taste. Our beers focus on variety, distinctive taste and regional marketing.

The products can be purchased on site in the brewery cellar Am Schwarzen Berg 5, 24619 Bornhöved. We have free opening hours, which means you can either just ring the doorbell on a whim - there is usually someone there - or you can call in advance to make sure you find someone.
