The bridge is closed to cyclists and pedestrians until February 15, 2024! A shuttle bus runs to/from Großenbrode and to/from the center of Stukkamp. Every 90 minutes. Free of charge. E-bikes can be taken along.

It's an impressive feeling to drive under the bridge. On the way from Strukkamphuk lighthouse there are some beautiful points where you can take “your” photo. There is a small parking lot directly at the bridge on the western side, but it is definitely better to get there by bike.

The Strukkamphuk lighthouse is just 5 metres high. Unfortunately, it is fenced off on private property and therefore cannot be visited. Nevertheless, it is worth spending a few minutes there. On the right-hand side of the wall you can take a photo without the annoying railing.

This is probably the main goal for almost all cyclists: the view of the bridge. According to the signs in Burg, cycling on the bridge is prohibited. But you do see some people on the bridge every now and then.
