The small complex of the Wenceslas Garden is located between the Wenceslas Hill and the Wenceslas House on Lindenstrasse. The house itself housed a post office in Goethe's time.
The former garden of the Wenzel family has been freely accessible to the public as a spa facility since the 19th century.
Today's small park corresponds in its character to the time of Goethe. Next to the arbor is a ginkgo tree, as described by Goethe in his work "Westöstlicher Divan". The rose bed and the climbing rose "Ophelia Climbing" reflect Goethe's passion for these plants.
