The castle of San Pelagio is the home of the Zamora Counts, who hosted Gabriele D'Annunzio in 1918. Inside the castle it is possible to visit the flight museum, with models, photos and vintage films, in the park you can see helicopters and planes. By paying a supplement you can take a 45-minute guided tour to visit the rooms where Gabriele D'Annunzio was a guest, with various personal objects and where he is told about the flight over Vienna in 1918, which started right from the airfield created at the castle of Saint Pelagius.
