The Schmirchauer Höhe is a landscape monument and is intended to depict the effects of uranium mining. On the mountain stones and landscapes in small format are modeled by stones, which were then fell victim to the degradation. The viewing platform is intended to be a pit light. From up there you have a beautiful view over the Gessental and the renovated landscape.
