KRAFTalm 1355m
The old Kraftalm was demolished in 2019 and a hotel was built in a modern atmosphere.
When the weather is nice, you can take a mountain hike to the Hohe Salve (1829m), which offers a wonderful view.
For the "Salvister gondola" only the location of the valley station in Itter (703m) is the same. Otherwise everything is new: the new 10-seater gondolas, the middle station at the Kraftalm - this used to be the terminus, but now the lift route extends to the summit, i.e. the Kleine Salve (1565m) and is open throughout the summer.
