    From Wachstein you can overlook the whole Truppachtal. Because of this phenomenal view, the Wachstein is a popular destination. It is also part of the network of hiking trails around the Neuburg, which you can also admire from the distance.
    The Wachstein offers a magnificent view: east Mengersdorf (2 ponds), left Truppach and behind Obernsees, also overlooking Neubürg.
