      The construction of the Cathedral of Lugo lasted more than a century, this being the reason why it has such a great mixture of Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque, Renaissance and Neoclassical styles. The master Raimundo de Monforte began some works that lasted from the year 1129 to 1273.
