Reinhardsbrunn is a district of the small Thuringian town of Friedrichroda in the district of Gotha. The house monastery of the Landgraves of Thuringia was in Reinhardsbrunn. Reinhardsbrunn Palace was built on its ruins in 1827.
It is currently being extensively renovated and is therefore unfortunately fenced and therefore not accessible to the citizens 💚🙏🤟

Very beautiful castle complex that developed from the oldest monastery complex in Thuringia. There are several guided tours here that are highly recommended. Please inquire about dates at the Friedrichroda tourist information office.
