The headwaters of the Nidda are located at an altitude of 720 meters, in an idyllic bog, near the Baptismal font. This is for example. from Schotten via the Niddaradweg (with moderate gradient) within easy reach. The route is well signposted.
On site, however, a clear "source" for me was not recognizable here - rather a little disappointing.
There is only one sign on the Bachgerinsel which explains this place to the source.
