It is the mountain from which Roccabruna, a town near Dronero, takes its name. An area that, in addition to being among the most panoramic in the lower Maira Valley (together with Monte San Bernardo and Birrone), has become known in recent years for the discovery of the cupels, or small hollows in the rock dating back to the Bronze Age.

You can make a loop starting from the road of the cannons, and in about an hour and a half complete it to climb to the top of the panoramic Roccerè. It is located about halfway between the easy peaks of San Bernardo and Birrone
