Santa Llúcia de Puigmal is a Romanesque church in Sant Joan de les Abadesses (Ripollès) included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
The current building consists of a single nave, rectangular in plan, enlarged and with a semicircular apse, covered with a continuous barrel vault and a quarter-sphere, respectively. The apse is smooth, without arches, with a double-slit centered window, a simple cornice and a plinth that is still seen on the north façade. The door and a double-slit window remain on the south façade. The device is made of ashlars and ashlars of different sizes, according to the wall locks, but even so, a certain constructive unit is maintained, except for the belfry and the body of the western end of the nave, which are of masonry. As a result of the restoration, the current condition of the old parish church of Santa Llúcia de Puigmal is optimal. The hermitage is dedicated to the martyr Saint Lucia, protector of sight, and has dedicated joys that sing: "For by heavenly grace you are the conservative eye, be our protector, Saint Lucia of Puigmal."
