    In the heart of the Baume gorges, in South Ardèche, discover a charming village with character nestled along the river, at the foot of the steep limestone cliffs. In Labeaume, take a walk through the beautiful maze of steep cobbled streets, with covered passageways and beautiful stone facades. The pleasant square place du Sablas, completely sheltered by centuries-old plane trees, lies with its fountain on the bank of the water. Not far from there, from the underwater bridge over the Beaume, you have a wonderful view of the village as a whole, surrounded by cliffs.
