The Hessian Skittles is an arrangement of cone-shaped volcanic mountains in the northwestern, flattest part of the Rhön in eastern Hesse, Germany. The impressive accumulation of volcanic cones is located in the districts of Hersfeld-Rotenburg and Fulda in the northwestern part of the Kuppenrhön east of Eiterfeld and south of Schenklengsfeld.

Absolutely recommendable, we walked the entire Celtic path today and are totally thrilled.
Enchanting landscape, great view and great paths with super clean rest areas.
So many highlights and at the Öchsenberghütte for today's holiday I took a cool cyclist with me on the last km of the tour.
