Around Peine the Lahberg is for me one of the most beautiful vantage points. Another highlight is the downhill run (for flat land) - with the cross bike you can easily reach 45km / h. Note the direction of travel! Otherwise it goes uphill ... but attention: please note the 90 ° curve ...;)

The section through the forest and the way to Schmedenstedt are very scenic. Better for cross bikes and mountain bikes. Down in front of the forest, the paved road ends. The racing cyclist has to turn back there if he does not want to drive over rough gravel roads.
