Holy Spirit Hospital, Ravensburg
The Holy Spirit Hospital, first mentioned in 1287 at Marienplatz, was moved here in 1498. The hospital operation included the functions of an orphanage, poorhouse, old people's home and was a care base for those receiving alms. A municipal hospital since 1884. From 2000 a facility for geriatric acute treatment and rehabilitation.

The house, supported by the Ravensburger Bürger foundations, fulfilled the tasks of an orphanage and poor house as well as an old people's home. Since the end of the 19th century the hospital took over the function of a municipal hospital. The large hall with Gothic pillars and the chapel, consecrated in 1498 with a mural of the Last Judgment around 1500, are worth seeing.
