Sander Lippesee

The Sander Lippesee is about 4 km from the castle and meadow park in the district of Sande. Walkers and cyclists are always accompanied by the Boker Canal on the hiking and cycling path there.

The excavation lake has now reached a size of around 90 hectares and has developed into a supra-regional recreational lake. A leisure landscape has emerged around the Lippesee in recent decades, which numerous visitors can explore on a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails.
