Neither the mountain nor the idyll are quite suitable. There can be no talk of mountains or at least hills here, and it's not idyllic right next to the autobahn, either. It is nicely laid out, but a kilometer further east would certainly have been nicer and would also have contributed to the use for recreation. So it is more of a curiosity on the side of the road that you cycle past quickly.

Berg Idyll, EventArchitecture. You are now in a nature reserve and resting place, called “Berg Idylle”. Here an ecological stepping stone is combined with a resting place for visitors and a large urn wall. It is a slowly ascending terraced landscape, surrounded by a varied forest. Various views of the landscape have been made from the hill. The “Berg Idylle” is one of the three Idylles in Park Lingezegen. The others are the “Water Idylle” (a little further on the route) and the “Bos Idylle” (in the municipality of Lingewaard).
