From the lookout hill you have a good overview of the (unfortunately) peated moor area. Nevertheless, a place whose magic cannot be denied. A bench on the hill invites you to rest.
During the week you are pretty much alone on the road here, and at the weekend there is often a lot more going on. When it rains, the moor has a very special atmosphere.

The tracks of the peat railway run here. It is maintained and looked after by a working group and there is even the opportunity to take part in public train rides. A ride offers a different perspective of the moor area, but the rails are also a nice photo motif.
