The Deuringer Heide is a unique nature reserve in the Augsburg - Western Forests Nature Park, near the Deuringen district of Stadtbergen, west of Augsburg. Originally used as a military training area, a special landscape developed after the withdrawal of the American troops: driving heavy vehicles on it created a heathland with the character of a raised moor.

The Deuringer Heide is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. Particularly noteworthy are the rare heath plants and the numerous insect species that find a habitat here. A nature trail informs visitors about the area's special flora and fauna.
