Be careful, the people who lives there are not that bike friendly.
If you do this segment uphill you will have some hike a bike in the beginning, if you do downhill you fill fine a really techical section in the end.
Anyway be prepare to meet people make mistake because the locals says that this is a walling place and not allowed for cycling.
