It's quite a gravel tour, as they say today, to get to the relatively small Dianasee at the end of the Ahlhorn lake landscape. Apart from the fact that the lake is a pleasant place of rest and therefore very contemplative, the lake is also dedicated to Diana, the Greek goddess of the hunt, the protector of women and girls.
According to legend, men who cast their lustful gaze at Diana, who was bathing, turn into deer, which are now condemned to flee, pursued by the goddess of the hunt and shot with an arrow from her bow. And who knows, maybe the magic of the Greek goddess works like a protective bell here too. You never know. So be on the alert for all of you who don't know what to do with your own eyes and desires.
