After a steep ascent on the flanks of the Paterberg, you reach the remote street chapel Ter Boeker with a nice bench to rest via narrow paths and field tiles.

Road chapel so-called "Ten Boeker", planted diagonally at the corner of Fonteinstraat on a bed with shrubs and young trees surrounded by fields and meadows and where previously a large beech tree stood. According to Liber memorialis, on September 13, 1877, a chapel with a statue of Our Lady of Lourdes was solemnly hung and consecrated on this spot, on the sacred tree "den Bouker", within the Lamont district. On the same site, a chapel was built in September 1894 in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes. Fairly small whitewashed rectangular brick chapel on pecked plinth, under overhanging tiled gable roof. Reportedly renovated circa 1982. Decorative iron top cross above front gable. Rectangular door with bluestone lintel under pointed arch field and fitted with blue-painted iron lattice door, partly closed. Our Lady statue in a neo-gothic tinted wooden chapel, possibly still the old tree chapel, above the altar top on profiled hard stone consoles.
