There are a number of road crossings over the River Great Ouse, from which you can access the Ouse Valley Way and this section of the off-roadroute is rideable. Its particularly nice where it follows the river between Bedford town centre and Priory Country Park, where it temporarily joins the Bedford to Sandy Country Way.
