The ensemble that forms the church of Sant Bartomeu de Sesgorgues and the cemetery are isolated in a plan under some escarpments. It is a single-nave chapel with side chapels, with a semicircular apse much narrower than the width of the nave. The nave is covered with a barrel vault in the section near the head and continues with a pointed vault to the west. The apse is smooth and has a single double-slit opening. The access is on the west side with a semicircular arch portal with the peculiarity that it is formed by a single stone, has a rectangular window above and the head is crowned by a belfry converted into tower. The two chapels form a kind of transept and next to noon we also find the sacristy.
Good views of Pedraforca and the Sierra de Cadí to the NW.
