A tip for cyclists:

There are hefty prices for crossing with your own bike (€18 for a normal bike, €30 for an e-bike). It is possible to rent bicycles on the island. The offer is limited (especially for e-bikes). If you want to visit the island all day (>5 hours), it is worth crossing with your own bike (transport costs = rental costs) (departure from the mainland at 9:30 a.m. at the latest; return from 4:00 p.m.)

I would also add to book the "person" crossing in advance on the website of one of the two transport companies because there is now (July 2023) a quota for the number of visitors to the island per day - and the quota is regulated by the number of travelers on the launches! You will buy the "bike" ticket once on site at the small adjoining counter. The crowd is not in a hurry with their bikes at boarding - you will have your places quietly, provided you show up before 9:30 am with your bike! Possible to return to dry land before 4 p.m., even with your bike on board.
