Cille Choirill Church is well worth a visit, superbly situated on a hillside overlooking Glen Spean with glorious mountain views. It is a short, steep ascent from Achluachrach, but totally worth it.
Thought to have been built in the 15th century by Cameron chief Ailean nan Creach, it was renovated and opened to the public in 1932. The leaders of the Jacobite uprising in 1745 are said to be buried in the graveyard.
