The most remote of the three beaches. This is at the end of the gravel road. There is a car park and toilet but no other facilities. There is no potable water here. Swim here with caution as there are no surf life guards and the west coast surf is strong. There are walk tracks that link the beaches to the north and south of Anawhata. The gravel road is in good condition and easy to ride with minimal corrugations.
