하이킹
Long before Lake Banter existed, a church stood here in the Middle Ages. It was located in front of the dike line and was therefore built on a mound. On January 16, 1511, a storm and ice drift from the devastating St. Anthony's Flood destroyed the church. It was not rebuilt. The debris was used elsewhere. The granite blocks were used for an extension to the Neuender Church, and the timber was used for the construction of the Maadesiel.
