The neo-Romanesque St. Hubertus Church (Hulsen) from 1898 has three naves, a transept, a choir and a tower. The church was built according to a design by architect P.J. Taeymans. The furniture is from around 1900. The wooden statues come from the demolished late Gothic chapel of 1594: Saint Hubert from the early 16th century, Saint Barbara and Saint Lucia from the late 16th century, Our Lady with Child from the early 17th century. century and Saint Bernard from a century earlier.

Personally (tastes differ) I think the church together with the parsonage form a beautiful whole with the new square where space and greenery are an asset. On the other side of the church you will find an older park where there is also a memento of the battle in Hulsen during the peasant war.

Around 1543 a chapel was first built in Hulsen, which only became a parish church in 1808. In 1898 a new church, in Romanesque Revival style, was built, dedicated to Saint Hubert.
