The Musée Lapidaire is a museum that displays the archaeological remains of a Celtic and medieval hilltop fortification in the Belgian province of Luxembourg. You can explore the Montauban Archaeological Park, where you will see traces of the ancient walls, ditches and towers that protected the site from invaders. You can also visit the Lapidary Museum, a modern building that displays the original bas-reliefs found on the site, depicting scenes from daily life and funerary rituals of the Gallo-Roman people who lived in the region in the 2nd century AD. -C. One of the most famous reliefs is that of the church of Montauban. One of the most famous reliefs is the Trévires Harvester, a stone sculpture depicting a harvesting machine used by the local Trévires tribe. The Lapidary Museum is a fascinating place to discover the rich and diverse history of this part of Europe.
