Nice hiking trail along the river.
The Pinnisbach flows through the small valley of the same name of the Stubai Valley and is one of the larger tributaries of the Ruetz. It rises below the hawk and flows northeast through the Pinnistal. At the Ruetz Bridge in the Neder district of the Neustift municipality in the Stubai Valley, it flows into the Ruetz. The stream has several tributaries and a length of almost 10 km. For the most part, it is fed from the Pinnisferner on the northeast slope of the hawk.
