    Attention in the middle very, very bad asphalt approx 12km long - not for ROAD BIKES! suitable.
    No problem from 32mm tires.

        Beautiful scenic road along the coast with little traffic (even in August). The main traffic goes over the main road on the pass. However make sure to wear gloves and reduce tire pressure - it’s very bumpy

            Unfortunately, with the racing bike, it's sometimes a shaky affair, since the asphalt is catastrophic over 10km. It is doable to drive but not fluent. But a highlight in terms of landscape :)

              This section has it in many ways. Scenic impressive with cliffs and sandy beaches, super Asfalt and then unfortunately for a few miles long very rough and restless, and the entire course to repeatedly small climbs and descents. I know the route only in the off-season and there you will rather meet the donkeys on their hikes than a car on the road.

                The D81b is probably one of the most beautiful roads in Corsica. The condition of the asphalt surface is probably more suitable for MTB and gravel bikes than for racing bikes ;-)
