Cycling / walking between free-roaming cattle and Exmoor ponies in the Keent nature reserve. Or just enjoy the meadow, water and prey birds and a beautiful view on a bench. The old Maas arm that was once filled in has been dug open again to give the Maas more space in case of high water, with this Keent has become almost an island again and a dynamic nature reserve has been created.

The eastern "entrance" of this beautiful area with small back roads and nice bicycle paths (those bicycle paths are nice without car traffic).

Highly recommended alternative to get off the dike for a while (and back on it later though). Unless you want to pop. That is better on the dike. In this beautiful nature reserve the tranquility and the horses and cows dominate, with a very large bull ;-).
