The mountain hut of the same name is located directly above Lake Pisciadù. The moon-like landscape in which the hut stands really seems to be out of this world. The surrounding walls rise up craggy and the soil with little vegetation is covered by huge boulders. Over 100 mountain hikers can spend the night in the hut. The Cavazza al Pisciadù refuge is very beautiful and is right below the summit of Pisciadù: it can also be reached via the via ferrata Tridentina.
