로드 사이클링
The only route north-east of Lyndhurst, but a reasonable segregated cycle track, technically shared with pedestrians but mostly empty of them. Much better than cycling in the busy 60mph A-road. Being just next to the traffic it's loud but safe. Generally quite well maintained, lots of forest debris after big storms but usually swept fairly quickly. This cycle track is suitable for all cyclists, even a pack of club riders (single file). I would avoid the road itself.

Definitely a better option than the A road. Bike path is in decent condition.
