The narrow, steep wooden bridge leads over the canal between the Fohnsee and Eishaussee and thus enables the Fohnsee to be circumnavigated shorter without having to make the further arc over the Eishaussee and Staltach.

Nice hike around the Fohnsee. Not suitable for cyclists and prams due to the narrow bridge and the narrow forest path with many roots.
