Mheer's gallows is a former courthouse in today's municipality of Eijsden-Margraten in the Dutch province of Limburg. The gallows field was located at Bruisterbosch, about a kilometer east of this hamlet in the fields, in the area south of Margraten, southwest of Termaar, west of Reijmerstok and north of Banholt .

The Margraten gallows stood about 400 meters to the northeast. The area name of the gallows is De Galling.

There are no sources showing that the gallows were ever used as a means of execution. However, two suspected goat riders were hanged at the gallows in Margraten on November 6, 1776.

Mheer's old gallows was located on Via Mansueresca. This was an ancient road believed to date back to Roman times and linked the city of Maastricht to the small town of Limburg in Belgium. The route ran from Scharn via Honthem, Bruisterbosch, Terlinden towards De Plank and Aubel and passed the gallows en route at Bruisterbosch. It was a busy road that had supra-regional significance and played an important role in the economy of the time. The gallows was on the territory of the lordship Mheer near the border with the lordship Breustet about 300 meters to the northwest four lordships converged: the lordship Mheer (Spanish Dalhem), the lordship Breust (State of Valkenburg), the lordship Margraten and the Lordship Gulpen (both Staats's-Hertogenrade).
