Dating from 1827 and standing on the west flank of the Molenberg. He was the

pride of the miller family De Vis. It has been out of use since 1952.

The mill house where Professor Henri De Vis lived has been preserved. The

mill and miller's house have been sold to the Krauch family in

2015. They are restoring the entire site.

At the beginning of the Roman Road we see the restored Nieuwe molen on the right. This stone mill was built in 1827 by the De Vis family and remained the property of this family until 2015. In the same year, the mill and the adjacent domain 'Verbrugghen' were purchased by the Krauch family, who had the mill house and the mill beautifully restored. At the top of the mill is a 'wind fish', as a tribute to the many generations of De Vis who lived there.

Dates from 1827 and stands on the western flank of the Molenberg. It was the pride of the De Vis miller family. It has been out of use since 1952. The mill house where the local historian professor Henri De Vis once lived has been preserved.
