The votive church dating back to the fifteenth century is located at the intersection of two roads where a well once stood. It is located outside the town of Pozzo, on the road that leads to the Tagliamento. It is possible to reach it both from the asphalted road and from the dirt road.

The presbytery, raised by a step, overlooks through the pointed arch arch, cross-vaulted with ribs, illuminated by two opposing rectangular windows.
