Beautiful forests, a very firm wide gravel path and waterfalls. Nice for children too. It can be busy, because a popular part of the Veluwe (many walkers and cyclists).

This place always remains somewhat ambiguous. As a child I loved cycling to 'Dé Watervallen'. No, it is not as exciting as a waterfall in the Ardennes or the Alps, but it is something that fits the culture of the area. The sprinkles have an enormous history and have (literally) been the source of the (paper) industry in the East Veluwe.
De Waterval does not mean that much, it is still a beautiful place that gives some credit to what the environment owes its 'prosperity' to.
