In the last census of the Counts of Mercy, in 1773, it was called the Prefect's House, and in 1818, in the census after the death of Antal Apponyi, it was called the Chancellery Building. In 1867, the building is listed as Tiszttartói lak and has 9 rooms, 1 kitchen, a cellar, and a foyer at the bottom and top. The detached buildings are still dwarfs. According to the last property director of Géza Apponyi, this old building also contained the archives (archives) of the manor, which was transferred to the castle by Károly Apponyi (II.) In 1927, when the building became the apartment of the Liechtenstein people. It was nationalized after 1945 and then for a time was the office building of the State Economy.
