Guy and Pieter-Jan Lemaire live for their trade. They are already the sixth generation of farmers who work day in, day out in the centuries-old Hof ter Kalken and the surrounding fields. The farm was once a tenant yard of the Affligem Abbey and is today a protected monument.
At the farm you can buy their potatoes and vegetables, which have been grown with heart and soul. You can go there from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Former leasehold of the abbey of Affligem. Monumental, semi-enclosed farm complex with the current building stock mainly rising up to the eighteenth century and surrounded by fields and meadows. At the end of the 1980s, urgent repairs were carried out according to a 1987 design by architect Emiel Lemaire (Itterbeek); walls were reinforced, roofs and rain drainage were largely renewed and the roof window in the house was repaired. The whole was protected as a monument by Royal Decree of 18 July 1980 and together with the immediate surroundings as a village view by Royal Decree of the same date.
