The fortified castle of Sully-sur-Loire is located on the banks of the Loire, along the EuroVelo 6 cycle path. Construction of the current castle began in 1396 but traces of castles on this location date back to 1102. Today , the castle, its moats and its park are perfectly maintained and it is possible to discover them alone or on a guided tour.

Opening hours:
In July and August the castle is open every day from 10am to 7pm.
Guided tours are available at 11am, 2pm, 3:30 pm and 5pm.
In May, June and September the castle is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
Guided tours are available at 14.30 and 16.00.
