It was built in 1847 by Adam Rembieliński, and after the expansion in 1855–1860, it was the largest sugar factory in the Kingdom of Poland until the end of the 19th century. Diffusion system from 1879, in 1893 as the first steam engine in the Polish sugar industry. In the years 1862/1863 it produced 1.4 thousand. tonnes of sugar, in the years 1911–1914 on average about 7 thousand. tonnes (1913 - 10 thousand. tonnes), in the years 1925–1927 approx. 6 thousand. tonnes, until the end of the 1960s owned by the Kronenbergs. In 1876, the sugar factory was purchased by the Warsaw Sugar Factory Society.
